Stay and house use
Check-in and check-out ▾
The stay starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
Check-in takes place on arrival after receiving the keys. Check-out takes place by 10:00 AM after contacting the property manager. Earlier check-out is possible after prior phone contact.
Within one hour of arrival, guests should inspect the house, including equipment, furniture, windows and the shower cabin. Any damage should be reported immediately to the owner.
If the declared number of guests is exceeded without the owner's consent, the owner may terminate the agreement immediately without refunding the previously paid fee.
The house should be returned in the condition in which it was received, including washed dishes and kitchen equipment. Failure to do so may result in cleaning costs being deducted from the deposit. Final cleaning costs PLN 200.
Refundable deposit ▾
A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is collected on arrival and returned at check-out after the house has been checked by the cleaning service.
If the guest changes the booking date or cancels the stay for reasons not attributable to the owner, the advance payment is non-refundable.
The guest is financially responsible for damage caused during the stay and agrees that repair costs or missing equipment may be settled from the deposit first.
Smoking and fire safety ▾
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.
Because highland architecture is largely wooden, guests must be especially careful. It is prohibited to use electric or gas devices that are not part of the house equipment and may create a fire hazard.
Parking ▾
The driveway fits two passenger cars. A third car can be parked on the property after opening the gate. Please do not park on the grass.

Amenities and safety rules
Grill and garden shelter ▾
The grill and garden shelter are available all year round. Please use only charcoal or wood briquettes in the grill.
Please take tableware back into the house and leave the shelter and grill clean for future guests. Quiet hours in Szczawnica are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Jacuzzi ▾
- Before using the jacuzzi, wash your whole body in the shower with soap and warm water.
- Alcohol, other drinks and food are not allowed in the jacuzzi. Water is allowed only in plastic cups provided near the jacuzzi.
- Do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
- Children wearing diapers may not use the jacuzzi.
- Children under 14 may use the jacuzzi only under adult supervision.
- No more than 5 people may be in the jacuzzi at one time.
- Do not bring objects or chemicals into the jacuzzi, including shampoo, soap, oils or bath salts.
- The jacuzzi area is monitored for guest safety.
- After leaving the tub, a few minutes of rest is recommended.
- The recommended single session is no longer than 20 minutes.
- Pool footwear must be removed before entering the tub.
- At the end of the day, place one chlorine capsule in the dispenser and put it into the tub. Maximum 1 capsule per day.
- The jacuzzi should be covered after each use to maintain temperature.
Heating ▾
Heating works automatically and depends on outdoor temperature. Room temperature can also be adjusted using radiator knobs. If there is a problem, contact the property manager.
Waste sorting ▾
Waste should be sorted and placed in the appropriate bins located outside the property.
Pets ▾
Pets are not allowed. This helps us maintain a high cleaning standard and comfort for all guests.

Nearby restaurants include Restauracja U Zosi, Nad Grajcarkiem, U Madejów, U Polowacy, Pizzeria Emi, Koci Zamek, Toscana, Bohema, Pod Siekierkami and Cafe Helenka at Dietl Square.

Free fast Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and shared areas.

Multimedia and board games ▾
Netflix, YouTube and digital TV channels are available in most rooms. PlayStation 4 Pro is available in the living room. If you log in to your own account, please log out before the end of your stay.
Board games such as Scrabble, Alias and Tajniacy are in the cabinet under the TV. Please take care of them for future guests.
Bikes ▾
Four MTB bikes are available for guests. Rental price is PLN 30 per bike per day. To rent, contact the property manager: 513 497 401.

- Bike 4: frame 17” - height 155-168 cm
The renter is responsible for the bike, may not pass it to third parties and bears the cost of damage or theft up to PLN 1500.
